This coffee is a single origin from Indonesia's Sulawesi region, cultivated from original Toraja trees shaded by virgin jungle. It is a washed coffee processed with sun drying. The medium roast offers flavor notes of lemon and chamomile, presenting a unique profile among Toraja coffees.
