Solstice is a blonde roast blend from Perkatory Coffee Roasters, roasted in Middletown, CT. The current blend comprises coffees from Guatemala, Colombia, and Honduras. It features notes of nuts layered with milk chocolate, hints of strawberry and bright spices, and a sweet honey finish.
Founded by husband-and-wife team Joey and Johanna Perazella, Perkatory Coffee Roasters emerged from the minds of "two children of the 80s" who channeled their punk rock and skateboarding heritage into creating a distinctly unconventional coffee experience in Middletown's historic trolley building.
