This coffee is produced by small family operations using traditional washed processing to ensure clarity and structure. The cup profile features crisp Gala Apple brightness, rich Golden Raisin sweetness, and a lingering Sugarcane finish. It is a versatile, balanced coffee that highlights the classic characteristics of the Huila region.
