This coffee is a Bourbon variety from the Karambi washing station in the Nyamasheke district of Rwanda. Grown at an altitude of 1700-2200 meters, it is a fully washed coffee. The flavor profile is fruity and sweet, featuring notes of lingonberry, pear, and candied almond. It offers a soft and balanced cup with spicy undertones and a bright, fruity acidity characteristic of the region. This coffee is IMPACT-verified and part of the Beyond Flagship program, supporting regenerative agriculture and local farming families.
