This is a blend consisting of 50% Caturra and Typica varieties from Agua de Nieves, Peru, and 50% Bourbon from Bateia, Brazil. It is light roasted to highlight the flavors from the growing regions. The coffee delivers a sweet and full-bodied profile with flavors of cocoa and fruit, along with a pleasant citrus acidity. Roasted on 2026-01-09 with a best-before date of 2026-10-09. For espresso, use approximately 19 grams to brew about 45 grams in 25 seconds at 92-96°C. For other brewing methods, use 6-7 grams per deciliter of water at the same temperature range.
