This decaffeinated coffee is a single origin from Santa Cruz Ozolotepec in the Pluma Hidalgo sub-region of Oaxaca, Mexico. It features the Pluma variety, an heirloom coffee grown by smallholder farmers. The coffee is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process. It offers mild almond and fresh fruit flavors with good acidity and mellow sweetness. The coffee is sweet, round, and has a long pleasant aftertaste.
