A naturally processed coffee from Finca Tapula in Zongozotla, Puebla, Mexico, grown at 946 meters above sea level. Produced by Martina Luna Gaona and Samuel Ponce García, this coffee is made from Typica and Marsellesa varieties. The Marsellesa plantation was established about 8 years ago and has earned notable recognition, including the Silver Cup at the Yara Champion Coffee Program in 2021 and second place at Expo Café Orgullo Puebla 2022.
