This coffee is sourced from small-scale farmers in San Ignacio, Peru, specifically from the areas of San Francisco, Los Llanos, San Andres, and El Sauce. It is a washed coffee featuring a blend of Catuai, Caturra, Bourbon, and Mundo Novo varieties. The beans undergo a 20–30 hour fermentation followed by a slow, shaded drying process. This coffee offers a smooth and reliable cup with flavor notes of milk chocolate, trail mix, and green apple.
