A certified organic single origin coffee from Gramalotal, La Coipa, San Ignacio, Cajamarca, Peru. Grown on the Ismael Sarango farm and processed using the washed method. The variety is Marshell. Roasted to a Light/Medium profile suitable for both espresso and filter brewing. Flavor notes include Milk Chocolate, Muscovado, and Raisins.
