This coffee is produced by Ylder Herrera at his farm, Flor del Valle, located in the Lonya Grande district of the Amazonas region in Peru. Grown at approximately 1900 meters above sea level, this coffee consists of Costa Rica 95 and Caturra varieties. It is a washed coffee, hand-picked and fermented for 10 hours before being dried on tables in a poly tunnel for 30 days. The flavor profile features notes of plum, figs, and sweet chocolate.
