Grown above 1,800 meters in the northern Andes of Cajamarca, this washed coffee develops bright acidity and subtle sweetness in the volcanic soil of the region. Traditional sustainable farming methods preserve the clean, balanced character that shows up in the cup as chocolate, honey, and almond. The processing and elevation combine to make it work well in both hot and cold extraction.
