A rare Bourbon Aji variety — a mutation of Bourbon — grown on the family farm Patio Bonito in Pescador, Cauca, Colombia, at 1570 masl. Produced by Paola Trujillo of the Trujillo family on volcanic soil, harvested in July. Washed processed, with a juicy and complex profile featuring tasting notes of ripe berries on fragrance and a taste of lime and jam.
