This is a natural processed Geisha coffee from Carmen Estate in Panama. Carmen Estate has been producing high-quality Arabica coffee for over 50 years and is currently owned by Panama Red Carmen Café Trading, with production overseen by Jean Paul Jangenstein Wachter. The estate consistently places in the top 5 in specialty cupping contests each year and won Best of Panama in the Washed Category in 2023. Coffee cherries are manually harvested by the Nôbe-Buglé indigenous people who are trained to harvest only when cherries are bright red and fully ripe.
