This Organic Sumatra Gayo Mandheling Grade 1 is sourced from the Aceh province of Sumatra, Indonesia. Cultivated by smallholder farmers on family farms, this coffee is processed using the traditional wet-hulled method, known locally as giling basah. It features a smooth, balanced body with a complex flavor profile characterized by notes of orange, sage, and milk chocolate, complemented by a lingering finish of melon and rhubarb. This coffee is grown at high altitudes and reflects the rich coffee-growing heritage of the Gayo Highlands.
