A coffee from Finca Manto Niebla, located at Cerro Espino in Pluma Hidalgo, Oaxaca, Mexico, grown between 1,000–1,300 meters above sea level. Produced by Sofía and Pancho Villarreal on 44 hectares of land, first harvested in 2020. The farm features Pluma Hidalgo and Gesha varieties, processed using the washed (lavado) method. Roasted by Tostadora de Cafés Extraordinarios.
