A washed coffee from Cerro Perico, Candelaria Loxicha, Oaxaca, Mexico, grown at 1,700 meters above sea level. Produced by the Manos de Mujeres Oaxaqueñas project, a social initiative under World Vision Mexico's EQUAL program. The coffee is rested 24 hours in cherry, then depulped and fermented for 36 hours. Varieties include Pluma Hidalgo, Bourbon, Typica, and Caturra. Roasted by Tostadora de Cafés Extraordinarios. A limited commemorative edition with all profits donated to FUCAM (Breast Cancer Foundation).
