A Gesha Chelín variety grown at Finca Chelín, in the Pante Neblina area of Candelaria Loxicha, Oaxaca, Mexico, at 2,100 meters above sea level. This is a dwarf Colombian variant of the Gesha variety, which originated in Ethiopia and was rediscovered in Panama, adapted naturally to Mexican terroir under the stewardship of producer Enrique López Aguilar. Processed using a Black Honey with Carbonic Maceration method — a post-harvest technique pioneered in Mexico by Enrique. Today managed by his son Alejandro Paz. Roasted by Tostadora de Cafés Extraordinarios.
