This natural-processed coffee is grown by Nafkot Admasu on her 1.8-hectare farm in the Gedicho area of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. Cultivated at high altitude beneath the shade of false banana trees, the coffee consists of Ethiopian landrace varieties. Ripe cherries are carefully selected, floated, and dried on raised beds for 12–15 days before being hand-sorted. The resulting cup is juicy and fruit-forward, featuring vibrant notes of blueberry, black currant, and brown sugar.
