Nafkot Admasu is a natural-processed coffee grown by Nafkot Admasu on her 1.8-hectare farm in the Gedicho area of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. The coffee consists of Ethiopian landrace varieties grown under the shade of false banana trees at high altitude. After harvest, the cherries are floated and dried on raised beds for 12–15 days before being hand-sorted. This coffee offers a juicy, fruit-forward profile with tasting notes of blueberry, black currant, and brown sugar.
