Kaveri Coffee Works

About This Coffee

A 100% Arabica single-origin coffee from the Malabar Coast, sourced through Josuma Coffee Company from Aspinwall Coffee Co. in Mangalore, Karnataka, India. Graded AAA Super, this coffee undergoes monsooning — a post-harvest process where beans are exposed to monsoon rain and winds for three to four months, causing them to swell, lose acidity, and turn pale gold. The result is a smooth, mellow medium-dark roast with aromas of sandalwood and flavors of semisweet chocolate, cloves, cedar, and salted caramel. Features low acidity and a heavy body.
