About This Coffee

This coffee is a specialty Arabica from the Maliba region in the Rwenzori Mountains of Uganda, grown by smallholder farmers at an altitude of 1600-1800 meters. The coffee consists of SL14 and SL28 varieties and is processed using the natural method, where cherries are sun-dried to develop rich flavors. It features a flavor profile characterized by tropical fruits and lemon zest. This coffee is roasted to a light-medium level and is suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.
