Mae Jan Tai is an anaerobic slow dry processed coffee from Thailand, grown at 1,200-1,500 meters altitude. This natural processed coffee features flavor notes of red grape, apple, and date plum.
OMNiA Coffee & Roastery is a specialty roastery in Chiang Mai, Thailand, founded by Lalida Sithipruthanon, a certified Q Grader for both Arabica and Robusta and an SCA Authorized Trainer across all Coffee Skills Program modules. Lalida earned her teaching credentials through both the former SCAA and SCAE before they merged, making her one of the first Thai coffee professionals recognized by both international bodies. She sources beans primarily from farms across northern Thailand, including her own farm in Chiang Rai, and roasts in small batches on a 1 kilogram Probat. Beyond roasting, Lalida conducts cupping workshops and coffee education, and has served as a judge at international coffee competitions.
