This coffee is an SL28 variety from the Las Brumas farm, located in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range of El Salvador at an altitude of 1460 to 2000 meters. Produced by Ernesto Menéndez, this coffee is processed using the honey method. It features a vibrant aroma of ripe raspberry, with flavor notes of crisp green grape and strawberry, complemented by a white sugar sweetness and a clean finish with a hint of strawberry tartness.
