Rosso Coffee Roasters

About This Coffee

This natural Gesha coffee comes from the Las Brujas plot on Kotowa Coffee Farms in the highlands of Boquete, Panama. The farm is managed by the Koyner Family and has over 100 years of history. Located at elevations between 1,600 to 1,800 meters, the Las Brujas plot benefits from cool mountain breezes and volcanic soil. The natural process involves drying whole cherries on raised African beds under controlled conditions, enhancing the coffee's fruity characteristics.
