This single-farm Kona coffee comes from the Kona District of Hawai'i, where Typica thrives in volcanic soil and tropical microclimates. The washed processing preserves the varietal's clean character while the dark roast builds body and richness, bringing out dark chocolate, hazelnut, and vanilla with subtle cookie sweetness and floral hints of narcissus and pink peppercorn. The full body and low acidity make it versatile for espresso or bold filter brewing.
