About This Coffee

Around 1,700 smallholder producers deliver cherry to the Karumandi washing station in the Kenya highlands, where high altitude, rich soil, and cool climate create ideal growing conditions. The washed processing includes a 24-hour dry fermentation followed by washing and soaking, then drying on raised beds. This method helps develop the coffee's lush honey sweetness and sparkling acidity, bringing out bright peach and sweet cranberry in a juicy, vibrant cup.
