This is a coffee blend roasted by Momentto Cafe with over 30 years of roasting experience. The coffee is characterized by being low acid and bitterness free, achieved through a proprietary multi-stage filtration and roasting process. A portion of proceeds from each batch benefits AZ Cactus Corgi Rescue and Shade Out DM to support corgis and fund research for degenerative myelopathy.
Established in 1989 in Montenegro by a family with deep coffee roasting heritage spanning multiple generations, Momentto expanded to the United States in 2001 and now operates from a 2022 West Chandler location. Owned by Mina Vukovic and her father Peter, the family brings over 50 years of combined coffee experience and a heritage tracing back to their grandfather's roasting work. This multigenerational roastery blends Old World traditions with contemporary specialty coffee practices, carrying forward the family's decades long commitment to roasting excellence.
