This coffee is grown by Dolmin Moreno on the La Orquidea farm, co-owned with Benjamin Paz, located in the Santa Barbara region of Honduras along the mountain range near the villages of Cielito, Cedral, and Las Flores. The coffee is processed using the honey method. It features the Pacas variety, a natural mutation of Bourbon discovered in 1949 in El Salvador, similar to Caturra in Brazil and Villa Sarchi in Costa Rica. The Pacas variety grows smaller than traditional Bourbon, allowing for higher potential yields.
