About This Coffee

A fully washed single-origin coffee from Finca Pacaya, Guatemala, grown on volcanic soil at 1,800m elevation. Produced at the San Vicente Pacaya wet mill, which uses a natural water spring for processing; shade grown and patio dried. Varieties include Bourbon, Typica, and Caturra (primarily Pache, a Bourbon strain). Medium roast with a silky, balanced body and medium acidity. Tasting notes of dark cocoa, cherry, and toffee nut.

Cowpresso was built in 2017 by a group of self described passion led artisans: an over caffeinated barista, an ardent roaster, and a photojournalist united by the goal of making specialty coffee approachable, affordable, and sustainable. Cowpresso roasts 100% fresh crop Arabica sourced from renowned farms worldwide, with several offerings carrying Fair Trade and organic certifications, and also produces compostable Nespresso compatible pods. A Bronze medalist at the 2020 Australia International Coffee Awards, the roastery has become a popular corporate coffee supplier serving more than ten international companies in Singapore.
