Grown in San Antonio La Paz between 1200 and 1800 meters, this Pacamara showcases the expressive potential of the variety, a cross between Pacas and the large-beaned Maragogipe. Washed processing highlights its fruit-forward character, bringing blackberry, orange, and plum to the cup. Harvested between December and April, it works well as both espresso and filter.
