Skytop Coffee

About This Coffee

This coffee is sourced from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, grown at an altitude of 1400 to 1800 meters. It is a community lot produced by 634 families belonging to the Guaya'b Asociación Civil cooperative. The coffee consists of Bourbon, Catimor, Caturra, and Sarchimor varieties. It is processed using a fully washed method, where cherries are depulped, fermented for 36 to 48 hours, and sun-dried on patios. This dark roast coffee is Fair Trade certified and reflects the rugged, high-altitude terroir of the Huehuetenango department.
