About This Coffee

A Geisha variety coffee from Finca El Mirador, located in San Pedro Yepocapa, Acatenango, Guatemala, grown at 1,500 metres above sea level on volcanic soil. Owned by Stuardo Coto's Panorama Estate, the farm focuses on high-quality production over quantity. Processed via fully washed and sun-dried method — cherries are pulped, fermented in barrels for 36 hours, hand-washed, and dried on patios for 15–20 days. Roasted as a light filter. Tasting notes include juicy stone fruit, fragrant jasmine tea, bergamot, spiced cider, yellow peach, rose, honey, black tea, and creamy cashew.
