Ceiba is a single-origin coffee from Huehuetenango, Guatemala, grown at 1500–1600 masl. The lot comprises Caturra, Bourbon, Typica, and Catuai varieties and is processed using a washed method. Tasting notes list pecan pie, brown sugar, and candied orange, producing a layered, expressive cup that is both comforting and lively. The coffee is produced by small community growers with home processing on steep terrain.
