The coffee is fully washed, fermented, and rinsed with fresh mountain water before being slowly sun-dried on raised beds at altitudes between 1500-2000 meters. Harvested in 2025, this Bourbon coffee offers tasting notes of green apple, dark chocolate, and lime with bright acidity and refined sweetness.
