This low-caf blend combines mostly Swiss Water decaffeinated coffee with a grape co-fermented coffee. The coffee is grown in Comayagua and El Paraiso, Honduras, at altitudes between 1800-2100 meters. The grape coffee component is produced by Brayan Alvear, a 19-year-old producer. Processing methods include washed Swiss Water decaffeination and natural anaerobic co-fermentation. The result is a light-medium roast with distinctive flavor notes of fresh grape jelly on hearty rye.
