This coffee is grown and processed at Frinsa Estate in West Java, Indonesia. The coffee cherries undergo a natural process with lactobacillus culture inoculation, using anaerobic fermentation that mimics the digestive system of luwak or civet. This innovative processing method produces a unique flavor profile with a cleaner feel compared to traditional kopi luwak. The roast is light to medium, offering floral and cranberry notes with hints of amber and spice.

The woman owned cafe specializes in single origin Indonesian beans, offering drinks like the signature Klavee, a combination of coconut water and espresso. The operation roasts in house and maintains a focus on showcasing the diversity of Indonesian coffee origins.
