First Light #E is a specialty coffee blend featuring beans from Brazil and Peru. The Brazilian component is from the Carmo de Minas region and is processed using the pulped natural method. The Peruvian component is from the Cajamarca region and is naturally processed. This coffee offers a versatile flavor profile, with tasting notes of milk chocolate, peach, and dried cranberry when prepared as a white coffee, and chocolate, cranberry, peach, and pear when enjoyed black.
Homeground Coffee Roasters is a Singapore-based roastery dedicated to sourcing and roasting excellent coffees. Started as a pop-up in 2017, they have grown into a physical space that serves as a community hub for homebrewers, aiming to make great coffee accessible to everyone.
