This Grade 1 coffee comes from Gatta Farm (Shantawene Village) in the Bensa zone of Sidama, Ethiopia, grown at 2,200 MASL. It is an Ethiopian Heirloom lot processed as an anaerobic natural—fermented in sealed, oxygen-free tanks then sun-dried on raised beds. The filter roast emphasizes bright, fruity complexity with tasting notes of grape, lychee, passion fruit and peach and a lively, fruit-forward body.
