A single origin Ethiopian coffee from the Refisa washing station in Nensebo Woreda, West Arsi, Oromia region, grown at 2070 meters altitude. Produced by 588 local farmers delivering cherries from the villages of Refisa, Roricho, Bulga, and Riripa. Features local heirloom varieties. Washed processed with 72-hour fermentation, 5-hour soaking, and dried on raised beds for 9–11 days. Floral, sweet, and elegant with notes of lemonade, black tea, honeydew melon, peach, red grapes, pineapple, vanilla, and light cocoa. Light roast.
