A single-origin coffee from Yirgacheffe, Konga region, Ethiopia, grown at 2100 meters altitude. Sourced from approximately 600 smallholder producers who supply the Konga Washing Station, owned by Takele Mammo. The coffee is 100% native Arabica variety, processed using the washed method. The flavor profile is fruity and floral, with tasting notes of apricot, papaya, and lychee. The Konga area is known for its high altitude and excellent coffee quality; the coffee is grown organically though uncertified.
