This Ethiopian coffee comes from the West Guji region, specifically Hambela Wamena, processed at the Dimtu washing station. Sourced from over 1500 smallholder farmers, the coffee is grown at 2100-2300 meters above sea level in red brown, well-drained fertile clay soil. The varieties are JARC 74112 and 74158 from the Jimma Agricultural Research Center. This washed-process coffee is hand-picked and dried on drying beds. The 2024/2025 harvest offers flavor notes of floral, black tea, jasmine, milk chocolate, citrus, and bright acidity.
