This Ethiopian coffee is sourced from the West Guji region, specifically Hambela Wamena, processed at the Dimtu washing station. It is cultivated by over 1500 smallholder farmers at altitudes between 2100-2300 meters above sea level. The coffee features JARC varieties 74112 and 74158 from the Jimma Agricultural Research Center. It is washed processed and hand-picked, dried on raised beds. The coffee grows in red-brown, well-draining fertile clay soil at an average temperature of 18.4°C. Harvest year is 2024/2025. Flavor notes include floral, black tea, jasmine, milk chocolate, bright citrus.
