This coffee is from Taferi Kela in Sidamo, Ethiopia, produced and processed by Bette Buna. It is an Enat Buna variety grown at 1900–2100 MASL and processed as a pineapple co-ferment using an anaerobic natural method. The cup is described as clean and vibrant with tropical overtones and tasting notes of pineapple, mango, black currant, blueberry, and mandarin.
