A delicate, floral coffee from the Belekara cooperative in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. The cooperative was established in 1975 and is part of the YCFCU (Yirgacheffe Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union), which represents over 43,000 farmers from more than 300,000 families. The cooperative holds both Fairtrade and Organic certifications. Tasting notes include pleasant sweetness, tea-like qualities, and citrus fruit.
