El Huabal Espresso is a single-origin coffee from El Huabal in Cajamarca, Peru (1,600–2,000 m). It is composed of Bourbon and Caturra varieties and is processed as a washed lot using a two-stage dry fermentation (cherries rest, depulp, then ferment in parchment) with 15–20 days of drying on patios/solar beds. The roast leans medium-dark with chocolate sweetness, crisp apple brightness, and caramel comfort.
