This is a Geisha variety coffee from the Carmenpata farm located in Mesapata, Yanatile, Calca, Cusco, Peru. The farm is situated at 2050 meters above sea level and managed by producer Wilson Mamani Contreras and his wife on their two-hectare plot. This lot was harvested in September 2025 and underwent a natural process with 72 hours of fermentation followed by 24 days of slow drying on shaded raised beds. The flavor profile features notes of sour cherry, chamomile, and strawberry jam.
