This is a single-origin Ethiopian coffee from the Dimeti region with an exotic flavor profile. It features tasting notes of dark chocolate, strawberry, and orange. The coffee is processed using the natural method and is both organic and Fairtrade certified.
Co-founded by Carlos Moral, whose coffee lineage traces back to his father Rafa's 1979 establishment of Mare Terra coffee imports, Hidden Coffee Roasters emerged from a dynasty dedicated to transforming Spain's understanding of specialty coffee. Operating from Barcelona's Les Corts neighborhood on a Giesen roaster, they represent a new generation of Spanish roasters who prioritize producer relationships and value chain transparency.
