A Red Catuai coffee from Finca Macho in Santa Rosa de Leon Cortes, Tarrazu, Costa Rica, grown at 1900-2000 meters altitude. Processed using a "reposado" method where cherries are rested in plastic barrels for 48 hours before white honey processing. SL28 variety with flavor notes of red berries, floral, eucalyptus, cherries, orange, raspberries, and milk chocolate. Produced by Macho and Herberth Naranjo.
