This Yellow Honey processed coffee comes from the Hacienda Copey farm in Costa Rica's Santos region, processed at the Solis & Cordero Micromill founded in 2018. The coffee is produced by Ivan Solis, a certified Q-grader with over 20 years of experience in coffee growing, processing, and quality control. The Yellow Honey process involves fermenting cherries in piles for 30 hours, washing with clean water, pulping, then drying on beds in the sun before finishing in mechanical dryers at a maximum of 45 degrees Celsius until reaching 10% humidity.
