About This Coffee

A green (unroasted) single origin coffee from the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, sourced from the North Kivu, South Kivu, and Ituri regions at elevations of 1,500–2,000 meters. Grown by smallholder farmers on fewer than 100 trees, this Bourbon and Jackson Bourbon variety coffee is naturally processed. It carries a full body with sweet acidity and flavor notes of Black Forest Cake, berries, raisins, chocolate, citrus, and plums. Recommended as a medium roast.

A Bronze medalist at the 2020 Australia International Coffee Awards, the roastery has become a popular corporate coffee supplier serving more than ten international companies in Singapore.
